Answer: I used to go out with someone from the gym, Tim Gentry, Stephanie Gentry's brother. Not anymore though and he is one of my good friends!

Question: What are the regular exercises that you do every day in the gym to build up your strength?
Answer: We do lots of different exercises including casts, presses, leg lifts, tuck jumps and many other conditioning exercises to keep our strength up.

Question: Allison, I was watching your videos of the 2003 Nationals and the routines were very different from the ones on the routines page, at least vault and bars (different vault, different bars dismount) - Were you watering down due to injury?
Answer: Well, I had gotten hurt earlier in the 2003 season (hip) and couldn't train vault very much. So I had to just go with a vault that I felt comfortable with and that I knew I could do well. My bars dismount was actually kind of a last minute thing because I felt I had pulled into the bar so I had to make a last minute change to keep myself safe.

Question: Hi Allison! My Question for you is it true that you used to go out with Wesley Aderhold? If not then who is your ex boyfriend?
Answer: It is not true that I used to go out with Wes Aderhold. He is however one of my best friends.

Question: Are you best friends with Carly Patterson?
Answer: She is one of my best friends! I have lots!

Question: What do you normally do for conditioning and how many reps?
Answer: We do lots of different kinds of conditioning! We do things like cast handstands, press handstands, rope climb, leg lifts, jump rope and many other things!

Question: Can you explain what your days are like at spring creek academy?
Answer: Normally I arrive at school around 12:15 from the gym. Class starts at 12:30 and we have five 30 minute classes. This year (10th grade) I have World History at 12:30, English at 1:00, Spanish III at 1:30, Biology at 2:00, and Algebra II at 2:30.

Question: Do the girls from WOGA date the boys from WOGA? or are you too busy to date?
Answer: Some people do and some people don't have time to date. Sometimes WOGA girls do date WOGA boys ;)

Question: Did Alex Gold and Devin Ave quit?
Answer: I am not sure about Alex Gold but Devin Ave did quit.

Question: Hi: I'm really interested to do the Thomas move (or flare) but as you guess I cant. Please help me and tell me what exercises are more profitable for this move. Thank you so much.
Answer: To tell you the truth I have no idea how to even begin to tell you how to do that. I can't even do it myself! You can try to submit a question to a male gymnast's site for advice!
