The UCLA Bruins have been steadily improving through each meet. Allison competed on bars against Cal and San Jose State in late January, scoring a 9.775 on bars and a 9.050 on floor. She next competed on bars against Arizona State. Last Friday, UCLA scored a season-high team score against Arizona. Allison and UCLA will next competed against Stanford on Sunday, February 14th.

The top-ranked UCLA Bruins easily defeated the University of Washington last night. Allison competed her first routine of the season, scoring a 9.775 on uneven bars.

Today, UCLA defeated the University of Utah in their first meet of the season. Allison performed an exhibition on bars. Congratulations Bruins!

The UCLA gymnastics team traveled to Lincoln, Nebraska for the 2009 NCAA Championships last weekend. On Thursday night, UCLA tied for third place. Unfortunately, only top three could advance to the Super Six and lost a tiebreaker to Utah for the third spot.

The UCLA Bruins finished second right behind University of Florida at the NCAA North Central Regional Championships. They qualified to the NCAA Championships at the end of May. Congratulations!

The UCLA Bruins won the Pac-10 Championships last weekend ahead of Oregon State (2nd) and Stanford (3rd). Congratulations! The gymnastics team will travel to Iowa City, IA for the NCAA North Central Regionals in two weeks.

The UCLA Bruins continued to dominate, where they defeated Cal State Fullerton, University of California and Arizona State University! Allison did an exhibition on uneven bars in several competitions. Good job girls! Today, UCLA announced that UCLA vs Stanford is cancelled due of team stricken by illness.

Today No. 3 UCLA hosted No. 26 Arizona at the Pauley Pavilion. The UCLA Bruins improved their team score from previous weekend and defeated Arizona, 196.375-193.675. Allison did an exhibition on uneven bars, where she showed an excellent routine! Good job Allison and the UCLA Bruins! UCLA Will travel to Fullerton, CA next Friday to compete in a dual meet against Cal State Fullerton. They then will host California two days later.

The UCLA gymnastics team began their 2009 season last night at Utah. The Bruins lost to Utah by only .1 point (196.175 - 196.075). Allison did an exhibition on floor exercise. The UCLA Bruins will host Arizona next weekend on January 18th at 2:00 PM PT.

The UCLA Bruins finished 4th during the evening team preliminary session last night. They did not advance to the super six finals. Allison's teammate Kristina Comforte qualified to vault and uneven bars finals, Anna Li to bars finals, and Tasha Schwikert qualified to vault, uneven bars, and floor exercise finals. Also, congratulations to Tasha, where she won the all-around title!

A few new pictures have been posted today - 2008 Regionals, Utah, Stanford, and Cal State Fullerton. Allison and her UCLA teammates are in Athens, GA for the NCAA Championships this weekend. The first day of competition will begin on Thursday, April 24 at 7:00 pm ET in the evening team preliminary session. The UCLA Bruins will be competing with Georgia, Stanford, Utah, Michigan, and Denver. Live scoring and streaming video will be available on GeorgiaDogs.Com. The meet will be televised by CBS on May 10 from 12-2.

The UCLA Bruins placed 2nd with a 196.625 today at the NCAA Regionals in Florida. That means UCLA qualified to the NCAA National Championships along with the first-place Florida! Way to go Bruins!

Today, the UCLA Bruins traveled to Seattle, Washington to compete in the Pac-10 Championships with Stanford, Oregon State, Arizona, California, Washington, and Arizona State. UCLA (196.200) placed third right behind Stanford (197.000) and Oregon State (196.550). The UCLA Bruins will compete at the NCAA Regionals on April 12. Location and time will TBA.

The UCLA Bruins hosted a 4-way meet with Arkansas, Alabama, and Cal State Fullerton yesterday. UCLA finished third with a 195.800 with Arkansas first and Alabama second. Allison's new personal pictures will be coming later this week.

The UCLA Bruins will travel to Arizona to compete in a dual meet with No. 17 Arizona on Friday, February 22 at 7:30 PM MT. They then will host No. 2 Utah on Sunday, February 24 at 2:00 PM PT. The UCLA gymnastics team traveled to Chicago, Illinois to compete in the IGI Chicago Style Invitational. UCLA posted its new season best 196.875 and placed 1st ahead of Stanford, University of Illinois, and Washington. Allison placed 14th on uneven bars scoring career-best 9.75. Good job Allison! UCLA's next meet will be next Sunday, February 17th against California.

UCLA is still undefeated (7-0) after they beat Washington last night, 195.975 to 194.425. Next weekend, the UCLA Bruins will travel to Chicago, Illinois to compete in an invitational, IGI Chicago Style Meet. Washington and Stanford will be there as well.

Yesterday, the UCLA gymnastics team traveled to Fullerton, California to compete in a four-way meet with Cal State Fullerton, Brown University, and Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Allison just finished her very first meet with the Bruins today at the Lady Luck Invitational in Las Vegas, Invitational. She helped the team on uneven bars scoring 9.175 to win ahead of Oregon State and Arizona State. Good job Allison!
